Free With Discomfort

Leadership isn’t about avoiding uncomfortable situations — it’s about stepping into them with presence and values.

In this episode of Achieve From Inner Peace, I share a deeply personal story from my son’s first weeks of school. When a situation with a teacher didn’t align with our family’s values, I had to step up, initiate uncomfortable conversations, and take a stand.

What followed was a powerful lesson: leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice. It’s about being authentic, standing in your truth, and embracing discomfort rather than running from it.

I also open up about my time in Maui with my mentor, JP Morgan, and the moment I realized that growth happens exactly in the moments when you feel out of place, vulnerable, and raw.
